Client Brief

The brief was to form a ground and first floor rear extension to create a family room on the ground floor and an additional bedroom on the first floor, along with a loft conversion to create a master suite with ensuite, and rearranging the internal layout of the house.

Convert garage into study room

Open up internal walls to create a large family room

Create a loft conversion with rear facing dormer to provide a new master suite, with separate ensuite

Create an additional bedroom on the first floor

re-modelling the internal spaces, including relocate the kitchen

Re-arranging the flow of the house.
